    At NeekNaak, WE BRING CREATIONS TO PEOPLE.

    So visits us regularly and you'll find great deals. Talk to your friends and family and earn Store Credit. Be an advocate and get more Store Credit.

  • Do I need an account to buy?

    No. Neeknaak.com is open to anyone who love design products and we you like you to be member to be notified when we have a great sales event.

  • Do I have to pay for Membership ?

    No, membership is free here.

  • Where are the products from?

    We started working on NeekNaak since 2009. First, the founder who is a fanatic of gadgets, started gathering products he would buy for himself. Then, he started to share the products with family and friends and decided to contact the designers. That's how he secure a strong relationship with many designers and suppliers. The products come from all around the world.

     

    Now, we have a team of curators who pick up the products for you.


Sales Events

  • What is a Sales Events?

    A Sales Event is a group-selling event which last 96 hours. Each Neeknaak Sale is open for 4 days only, beginning at 9am PST the first day, and ending at 8:59am PST, 96 hours later. Please sign up for our email alerts to keep on top of upcoming sales.

  • How long can I keep items in my shopping cart?

    To be able to sell to you at low price, we have to negotiate a limited quantity with the designers. So when you put an item in your shopping cart, it will stay there for one hour. After one hour, the items will be removed from your shopping cart and made available for others to buy.

  • How do I know about Sales Events?

    It's very simple. You just have to subscribe to our newsletter.


Orders and Payment

  • Do I have to be a member to order?

    No, you can order as a guest but it makes it easier to be a member.

  • Why does it take a little longer to get my order?

    When we run our Sales Events, we do Group-Selling. We are then able to negotiate best prices for you and lower shipping fees. That means that we have to gather a minimum quantity of order before placing the order to our designers. We are a small company and the faster we will grow, the faster you'll get your orders.

  • What are my payment options?

    NeekNaak accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

  • Where do you ship?

    Right now, we're shipping in Canada

  • Why does it take a little longer to get my order?

    When we run our Sales Events, we do Group-Selling. We are then able to negotiate best prices for you and lower shipping fees. That means that we have to gather a minimum quantity of order before placing the order to the brands partners. We are a small company and the faster we will grow, the faster you'll get your orders.

    Some items are eligible for 5-day shipping, while others can take 2-3 weeks from the time you submit your order. Please allow one week from the date of shipment for your order to be delivered to you.  As merchandise arrives at our Order Processing Center, our team assembles and ships your order very quickly. To make sure you know what's happening with your order, we'll send you a series of emails including:
